    Four-S Development is one of two diversified family-owned commercial real estate companies which develop, lease and manage community shopping centers, mid-rise office buildings, office/warehouse buildings, and undeveloped commercial and residential land. Over the years, The Four-S Development has worked with many retailers and restaurants. Our professional team brings over 30 years of experience in developing, renovating, leasing, managing and marketing commercial properties located in West Virginia’s Kanawha and Putnam Counties.

    Our properties are primarily located at the I-64, Route 34 and US 35 interchanges in Teays Valley and consist of Liberty Square Shopping Center as well as other retail buildings and land.

    Liberty Square's anchor stores are: Aldi Food Market, Petco, Elder-Beerman Department Store, Magic Mart.
